Information, not advice
The content on this site is general information about our services and how we think about AI. It isn't legal, financial, security or other professional advice for your situation, and it doesn't create a client relationship.
The free Snapshot and other conversations
The free 15-minute AI Snapshot and any other introductory call are informal. Suggestions made in them are offered in good faith but without any guarantee, and acting on them is your decision. An engagement starts only when we both sign a written agreement, and that agreement then governs the work, including fees, confidentiality and responsibilities.
What you send us
Please don't send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form, booking form or email before an agreement is in place. We'll treat what you send with care and handle it as our privacy policy describes.
Using the site
You may browse and share links to this site. Please don't try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it in bulk, or use the contact form to send spam.
Our content
The Paludairium name, logo, text and design of this site belong to Paludairium, LLC. The background paintings are works by Claude Monet in the public domain. Fonts are used under their open licenses.
Other services
Booking, form delivery and hosting are provided by third parties (Cal.com, Resend and Cloudflare) under their own terms. We're not responsible for their services or for websites we link to.
No warranties
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Content may change or become out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Paludairium is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
