Luis Meza
Luis has spent more than 15 years leading enterprise technology: infrastructure, cloud, ERP and CRM platforms, field operations systems and security. He has led large-scale software rollouts and deployed AI across a wide variety of businesses, connecting it to the systems people use every day.
That experience shaped Paludairium's view of AI. The technology is rarely the hard part. The hard part is fitting it into a business so that data stays protected, people trust the result, and the value is real enough to measure.
He founded Paludairium to help leaders do exactly that: bring people, technology and AI into harmony, without disruption and without leaving anyone behind.
